Shipping Options

We offer standard delivery by ParcelForce as our primary shipping option. This service is free for orders over £100 and is priced at £4.95 for orders under £100 within the UK. For orders to EU countries, a flat fee of €60 (or varying based on order size) applies. Please contact us for further details on international shipping options.

Shipping Locations

We provide shipping to all regions of the UK without additional fees or customs charges. Additionally, we ship to EU countries at a fixed rate of £50. For information regarding worldwide shipping, please reach out to us.

Delivery Timeframes

UK and Ireland: In-stock items are usually dispatched within 48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday).
Travel systems, prams, and bundles may take up to 14 working days to process before dispatch.

Once dispatched, UK and Ireland deliveries are shipped with Parcelforce using a 48-hour delivery method. Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

EU Countries: Deliveries to EU countries may also take up to 14 days for Parcelforce to complete. If you have not received your delivery within this timeframe, please contact us.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within the UK and Ireland is free for orders over £100 and costs £4.95 for orders under £100. For deliveries to EU countries, there is a flat fee of £50 (which may vary based on the order size). Please contact us for more information about EU deliveries.

Tracking and Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive an automated email containing their tracking number and a link to the Parcelforce website, allowing them to track their order. Order information will also be sent via email. If any issues arise with the order, our customer service team may contact the provided phone number.

Delivery Attempts and Pickup

Parcelforce will send a text message indicating the delivery time slot. Customers should be available at the delivery address during this time. If unavailable, customers can arrange an alternative delivery time with Parcelforce. Orders can also be picked up in-store at 9 Dundrum Road Newcastle Co.Down; please specify this in the order notes.

Reporting Damages and Missing Items

Customers have 7 days from date of delivery to report any damaged or missing items. This can be done by contacting us through our online "Contact Us" form. In cases of lost items during delivery, both us and Parcelforce must be informed within 7 days.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, and deliveries are made during the same days. For any questions, our "Contact Us" form is available on our website, and our email responses are active between 10 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
