Once you have placed your order, we begin to process it as quickly as possible - but not to worry if you have made an error with your order we are able to make changes for you this includes altering the delivery option, delivery address, products, or payment method.

 

Change or Cancel an Order

If your order has not been dispatched yet, you may be able to make changes. Reach out to us quickly by email and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. We can also cancel your order if needed.

Secure Payments

We accept payment through our secure PCI Compliant checkout, Debit/Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. For credit cards, please make sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number. Your order may be delayed if this information is incorrect. Once your order is complete, you will receive an electronic confirmation via email. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

You can also make payments over the phone. Please reach out to us via email to arrange a convenient time for a phone call to place your order/ take payment.

Pricing + Promotions

We never want to leave our customers feeling like they paid too much, so we offer a price match request service so that you can get the best prices on the products you want. We also offer short-term sales and product promotions, as well as discount codes that can be used online and in-store. These codes can only be used on full-price items and only one code may be used per transaction. If you need help applying your discount, don't hesitate to contact our team for assistance.

Stock Status

Most of our products are in stock and ready for dispatch. If an item is not currently in stock, you'll be able to see the expected delivery date on the product page and in your cart. Please be aware that travel systems, bundles and pushchairs may take up to 14 days for dispatch.
